What would folks think about getting together at either an Old Chicago or Fuddruckers? My preference would be Old Chicago, but the benefit of these two establishments is that they have beverages for folks both > 21 yrs and < 21 yrs.
I propose August 25th as a date to meet. Location TBD.

Ok, so I sent everyone that posted to this thread at one time or another an IG EVEMail and got several responses.
A couple of responders were eager to participate, but the date didn't work. I proposed the 25th (Friday night), but am flexible to change it to a weekend day the week before or the week after. EVE Mail me your preference.
Another responder suggested that rather than Fudd's or Old Chi, that we go to a bowling alley so that there is more than eating or drinking available as an activity. That makes some sense, so I'll poll the group. EVEMail me your preference.
Other locations are also fine, I just need suggestions. TGIF's, Applebee's, a Twins game, perhaps?

I apologize to the group for not following through with organizing the August get-together. I had some major personal issues that came up in August that prevented me from doing so.
I should be able to be there for the Oct 7th meet-up. Thanks to Trevidian for taking this for action.

I think you were trying to "encourage" (read: guilt) me into organizing the next one, Trev...
It should be at a place where < 21 folks can also hang.
How about a bowling alley or something? We can still eat and drink and be merry, but anyone so inclined can chuck a few balls down the alleys as well...

Either March 10th or March 31st at Elsie's in NE Minneapolis. They have full bar and food menu as well as bowling (if EVE hasn't made you enough of a geek already)!
I propose starting a bit earlier than then previous meetup; say 6:00pm to get there ahead of any Saturday night rush. < 21 yrs have to leave by 9:30pm (technically, by the rules, but...meh).
I will be out of the country (Spring Break in Cancun, FTW) the 17th and the 24th, so that's why I chose those dates. The 10th is next weekend, so I understand if that is too soon.
Feel free to EVEmail me or convo me in game to RSVP. You can also search for me on facebook in the EVE Online group (Bob Velez).
My first preference would be for the 10th since it has been a while since I've seen y'all.

Ok, so I flaked out the last one I started organizing...
Would anyone be available for Saturday, 22nd of September? That's not quite three weeks away.
Did the event at Elsie's go ok? I still fancy that place somewhat.
There's plenty of places to go and I am open to calling the venues ahead of time. I'll get back into the MN-EVE channel, too.
